Administration Assistant

About the role

We are currently on the lookout for a talented and organised Administration Assistant to become an integral part of our team. This is a Permanent Full-Time position, with working hours from 9 am to 5 pm, Monday to Friday however some flexibility in work hours may be considered for the ideal candidate.

As an Administration Assistant, you will play a crucial role in our operations, handling high-level reception duties and providing administrative support with a professional, organised, and friendly approach. Your contributions will directly contribute to the smooth functioning of our organisation, supporting management, fellow team members and providing exceptional customer service. Skills you will bring to the role

  • Proven experience in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Experience in a property or building related environment advantageous.
