Process

Consultation & Design Brief
We’ll meet with you to develop a design brief, undertake a site review and advise you on town planning requirements.
2.
Concept Design
We’ll provide a site response to your property and present a concept site plan, floor plan, and overall architectural design for your project.
3.
Town Planning
When required, we’ll develop and present plans for town planning approval including a site plan, floor plan, elevations and roof design. 3D perspectives are also provided at this stage.
4.
‘For Construction’
Working Drawings
‘For Construction’ working drawings will be provided including site plan, floor plan, external, roof plan with stormwater design, lighting plan, section plan including insulation, construction detail, NatHERS energy rating, overlooking and overshadowing plans. We can also assist with any other construction detail.
